Your new role
Our Graduate Programme is all about bringing together diverse change makers and equipping you with tools for personal and career growth. Over two years, you’ll be diving into three exciting rotations to build business understanding and core competencies. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that pushes you to grow beyond your limits and discover your full potential.
As a Global Supply Chain Graduate, you will:
Gain hands-on experience in areas such as operational or strategic planning, demand forecasting, and digital supply chain development.
Contribute to our massive expansion efforts by working on supply chain projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
Develop leadership capabilities and teamwork skills through graduate-specific training courses.
Work with diverse teams and functions across commercial operations, production sites, and our central headquarters, gaining exposure to the entire Novo Nordisk value chain.
Your graduate track
The Global Supply Chain area is anchored within CMC & Product Supply where we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Anchored in Denmark, the programme offers global opportunities, providing you with international experience, extensive exposure, and valuable networking possibilities. You will be mentored by highly skilled specialists or leaders who are committed to excellence and innovation and become part of a vibrant graduate community filled with ambitious and sociable colleagues.
Your skills & qualifications
To succeed as a Global Supply Chain Graduate, we seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
A master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above-average academic achievements in one or more of the following fields: supply chain management, strategy, economics, management, international business, engineering, digitalisation, or innovation.
International experience, for example from studying abroad, working or volunteering.
Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities, with a maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing your master's degree.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Willingness to relocate globally.
Additionally, the ideal candidate is passionate about business processes, strategy, and digitalization, has a strong drive and adaptability to dynamic environments, and thrives in a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
