The Supply Chain organisation is focused on delivering reliable and future-proof end-to-end supply chain planning with the use of digital tools and in close cooperation across the global organisation.

In the role as Supply Chain Graduate, you will develop an understanding that spans across the Global Supply Chain during your rotations. You will work with assignments that provide you with the opportunity to make a direct impact for our patients, create value for our business and work alongside and learn from talented Supply Chain professionals across the globe.

An example of a Supply Chain Graduate’s journey could look like this moving from the heart of our production to our patients:

1. Supply Chain, HQ: Deep understanding of one of the Supply Chain functions from short-, mid- to long-term planning, logistics or Digital Supply Chain provides you with the opportunity to support management in future Supply Chain decisions

2. Supply Chain, International Operations: Building on the value chain, you will gain an understanding of working with Supply Chain in our affiliates with a key focus on delivering products to patients.

3. Supply Chain, Production Site: Support management decision making on aligning production priorities with market needs.

Furthermore, you will build international experience by working abroad in one of our many affiliates or regional offices while joining an exclusive graduate community spanning across programmes filled with social activities and inspiring colleagues to spar with and learn from.
