Your new role
Once you step into your new Project Manager role you will be part of a capacity expansion Program- Multivendor, with primary responsibility of delivering packaging lines to our production sites globally.
Your main responsibilities include:
Reporting and communicating at various organizational levels and forums will be a natural and integral part of project management. Occasional overseas travel may be required for this position, with approximately 10-70 days per year.
Your new department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Packaging Programs is a large department within FPMSAT, currently consisting of more than 60 team members. FPMSAT is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategies of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world. Finally, it is our ambition to drive change by discovering and putting in practice novel digital solutions to our processes. You will be welcomed by colleagues with positive and agile mindsets, eager to share their experience and insights on how to improve processes and quality to meet future demands.

As a person, you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, adeptly engaging with stakeholders across various levels and complexities. Your strategic mindset and efficient prioritization are proved by your ability to set clear direction for the team, drive performance, and maintain a balance between quality and speed, all while showcasing a pragmatic approach. Respecting and incorporating others' opinions and viewpoints, even when they differ from your own, enables you to effectively lead the team, serving as a role model for other Project Managers.
