About the department
Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation was founded in 2005 and situated in Zurich, Switzerland. Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation (NNHF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to defining and funding sustainable programmes which improve access to quality care benefitting people with haemophilia and allied disorders in developing and emerging countries. The position

The Programme Manager position will be based in Bangkok. In this role, you will oversee project and portfolio management, leading to sustainable local outcome and impact creation across Asia. This position directly reports to the Head of Programmes of the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation (NNHF) and work closely with all team members located in different regions, local programme partners and community stakeholders.

The main scope of accountabilities includes but not limited to:

  • Management and proactive development of a growing international programme portfolio and related innovative programme and service offering.
  • Sustainable local impact creation, measurement, and communication – making a difference to the haemophilia community worldwide. Including programme development, facilitation of workshops and processes, budget management and controlling, progress monitoring and reporting of local outcome and impact of programmes.
  • Leverage learnings within the NNHF team, amongst partners worldwide and with other international stakeholders through various initiatives and platforms.
  • Congress representation and preparation and hosting of programme related events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in public health, sociology, business administration, economics or related fields. 
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills are required especially from non-profit organisation. 
  • Experience with facilitation of processes, workshops and meetings is crucial. Experience with healthcare development and advocacy will be an advantage. 
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken, with strong cross-cultural skills, intercultural awareness, and positive team spirit and demonstrate high quality work under tight deadline.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems and diligence in operating in a complex stakeholder environment will be part of your daily work. You are willing to travel overseas ~30-40% of the time.
