About the department
The P&O Department at KFA in charge of managing the human resources of the factory. We work closely with the factory management to develop and implement human resource strategies that meet the business needs of the factory. Our team is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure the success of the factory. The position
The role involves effectively managing the P&O Department to ensure the successful execution of key P&O activities at the KFA site, delivering value-added P&O services in collaboration with Novo Nordisk Pharma (NNPL) P&O functions, aligning them with business needs, and contributing to business priorities (80%). Additionally, the position requires supporting factory P&O activities upon request from the P&O Manager for the KFA Factory (20%).
