About the department

The People & Organisation (P&O) team in the Philippines is dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic workplace for all employees. Based in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure that HR processes align with Novo Nordisk’s strategic goals. The position

As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our organisation’s human resource operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and collecting pre-employment documentation for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, addressing inquiries and ensuring employees understand their options.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, recommending improvements as necessary and maintaining updated employee records (201 File) to meet legal requirements.
  • Oversee the vacation and leave process, including year-end summaries and updates to the Lucca system as needed.
  • Handle the filing and processing of medical-related government-mandated and company benefits while maintaining strict confidentiality.

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably a background with relevance for Human Resources or Pharma.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration and project management.
  • Proven experience in managing health & safety programs and initiatives.
