Do you thrive in a role where structure, coordination and trust are key? We are looking for a Personal Coordinator who enjoys supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic, international environment within Global Patient Safety.
Your new role
As Personal Coordinator, you will provide professional administrative and organisational support to a senior leader in Global Patient Safety. You will act as a key partner in enabling effective leadership by ensuring priorities are well-coordinated and communication flows seamlessly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating and following up with employees, stakeholders and external vendors
- Screening, prioritising and managing emails and correspondence
- Reviewing, adjusting and quality-checking presentations and slide decks
- Performing administrative tasks across various systems and digital platforms
- Supporting ad hoc tasks to ensure efficient execution of leadership priorities
This role offers close exposure to senior leadership and a broad stakeholder landscape, where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential.
Your new department
You will join Global Patient Safety, an area dedicated to safeguarding patient wellbeing by ensuring high standards of safety across Novo Nordisk’s portfolio. The department works cross-functionally and globally, supporting decision-making through strong governance, collaboration and operational excellence. In this role, you will be a trusted support function contributing to the effectiveness of the leadership team and the wider organisation.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a structured and service-minded professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with many stakeholders.
Ideally, you bring:
- Proven experience from a similar personal assistant, coordinator or administrative support role
- A highly organised and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Confidence working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
Fluency in both English and Danish is required. Experience from R&D within the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
