Are you ready to drive digital-first consumer strategies, revolutionize patient journeys, and Lead the development of pioneering patient support solutions and SoMe campaigns that connect GLP-1 therapies with the people who need them most across KSA. 

 

 

Your new role 

As Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital health innovation creating strategies that tackle the complete patient journey and executing campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You will work across all eligible digital channels to engage patients, activate influencers, and build solutions that truly matter. 

 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identifying gaps and opportunities to develop comprehensive GLP-1 consumer strategies that drive business growth across the patient journey.

  • Developing and executing omnichannel consumer campaigns coordinated across all eligible digital channels. 

  • Driving innovative digital health marketing initiatives by mapping, engaging, and activating scientific and social influencers to maximize ROI.

  • Lead retention strategies and solutions and collaboration with the Digital Health Manager, ensuring strong market fit.

  • Training the salesforce on new solutions and supporting them with compelling materials and clear value propositions. 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, HCP marketing, commercial excellence, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

You will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing Unit, reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager. The department is committed to enhancing the lives of patients by ensuring seamless treatment pathways through innovation, collaboration, and strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, the department plays a vital role in shaping patient outcomes across KSA and beyond. Your skills & qualifications 

We're looking for a creative and an analytically minded marketing professional who thrives in the digital space and has a passion for patient-centric innovation. You should bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer and/or pharmaceutical marketing, including campaign management and analytics directly targeting consumers. 

  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful consumer and digital marketing strategies. 

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing. 

  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market research, consumer trends, and campaign performance. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders, team members, and external partners. 

  • Creativity and innovation in creating engaging marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand. 

  • Project management excellence with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
