Your new role
As Sr Consumer Marketing Manager, you will drive transformative consumer strategies that tackle the complete patient journey from awareness to treatment and adherence. You will be predicting consumer trends and drive personalize marketing efforts that truly resonate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and empowering a team of 4 colleagues according to the Novo Nordisk way, setting clear strategy and driving execution excellence.
Identifying gaps and opportunities to develop comprehensive GLP-1 consumer strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Creating and executing omnichannel consumer campaigns orchestrated across all eligible channels, with clear KPIs and measurable results.
Driving innovative digital health marketing initiatives by mapping, engaging, and activating scientific and social influencers.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, HCP marketing, medical affairs, and commercial excellence teams.
Leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to predict consumer trends and personalize marketing efforts that deliver real impact.
Your new department
You will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Cardiometabolic Marketing Associate Director. The department is committed to enhancing the lives of patients by ensuring seamless treatment pathways through innovation, collaboration, and strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, the department plays a vital role in shaping patient outcomes across KSA and beyond.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a strategic marketing leader who combines creativity with analytical rigor and has a proven track record in consumer-facing pharmaceutical marketing You should bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer and/or pharmaceutical marketing, with direct consumer targeting, campaign management, and analytics expertise.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to engage stakeholders at all levels—from team members to external partners.
Proven management experience leading and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market research, consumer trends, and campaign performance.
Customer-centric approach with adaptability to quickly respond to changing market conditions and emerging digital trends.
Project management excellence to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and resources while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
