Your New Role
As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in identifying the growth and impact opportu-nities, defining strategic projects and initiatives in order to lead business- and market develop-ment in the obesity and diabetes space focusing on efficiency of the consumer journey and im-proving health outcomes. You will independently identify, develop and establish commercial partnerships with relevant external stakeholders by negotiating and co-creating market-fit solu-tions that help drive growth in our business.
You will also be responsible to:
- Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities by assessing market trends and indus-try development to lead commercial collaboration partnerships
- Analyze the value and risks of new business models and projects, align them with strate-gic goals, assess the feasibility and resource allocation accordingly
- Manage operational execution of engagements by establishing and executing on gov-ernance structure, implementation plans and performance monitoring
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to develop, realize and implement tactical plans
- Shape market activation strategy and optimized channel selection to deliver on ROI
- Leverage insights generation and content strategy expertise to improve touchpoints, channels and experiences
- Represent the commercial business development and consumer activation unit, provid-ing subject matter expertise and influencing decisions
- Develop frameworks and processes to foster innovation and operational excellence within commercial operations.

You will directly report to the Director of the unit.
Your Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Marketing – while an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
You come with minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in commercial business development, strategic partnerships, alliance management and/or eco-system activation within the pharma-ceutical, consumer health and/or FMCG sector.
Moreover, you have:
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic partnerships
- A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape on-and offline
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in developing revenue models, business cases
- Strategic and critical thinking with strong analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset with the ability to form insights from multiple sources of data
- Knowledge and agility to explore broader ecosystems involving data, digital and emerg-ing technologies
- Skills in AI, digital and social media with execution experience of campaigns
- A high degree of independence, seeking guidance only on complex issues
- Managed external stakeholders and are able to select, run and holds agencies and other suppliers accountable for delivery
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence man-agement and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with tailoring content to specific audiences
