We are looking for a motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our Rare Diseases team on a 12-month contract, supporting our growth hormone portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of brand strategy, omnichannel engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals.

 

Your new role

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of the Rare Disease portfolio by translating insights into impactful strategies and leading execution across brands and channels. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help shape omnichannel engagement and ensure excellence in marketing delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and tactical initiatives for growth hormone products, applying strong product and disease-state knowledge.
  • Translate market, customer, access, and competitive insights into actionable marketing plans, identifying opportunities and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Design and lead integrated omnichannel journeys for healthcare professionals across the Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional projects end to end, coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to deliver on objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage the assigned annual budget, track performance, and communicate plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • 1–2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in omnichannel or multichannel engagement.
  • Experience in rare diseases is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English.

The Rare Diseases Sales & Marketing team in Canada provides specialized support for clinicians and patients affected by hemophilia, other rare bleeding disorders, and growth hormone disorders. They deliver tailored education, raise disease awareness, and facilitate treatment initiation and adherence, working closely with healthcare providers, patient organizations, and access stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate access to specialized therapies and to support optimal long-term care.

Salary:  For this role the Annual Base Salary ranges from $116,680–$166,680.

The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience match the position requirements

Incentives: Based on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
