Your new role 

As an RWE Project Manager, you will: 

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, from contracting and kick-off to reporting, publication, and closure, ensuring all processes are documented and filed appropriately. 

  • Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, liaising with Principal Investigators (PIs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), finance, contracting, and research partners to track budgets, manage contracts, schedule meetings, and ensure timely milestone delivery. 

  • Monitor progress and risks by tracking timelines (including publication timelines), updating senior management, and resolving issues through effective cross-functional communication. 

  • Manage documentation and communication, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting actions, tracking decisions, managing report reviews, and sharing templates to ensure consistency and compliance. 

  • Implement best practices by introducing and optimising program/project management tools, templates, and processes, supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.

The position is based in GBS Mexico City, a vibrant and growing hub for Novo Nordisk’s global operations. Your skills and qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • A university degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field. 

  • 3–4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals (RWE experience preferred). 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and preferred knowledge of project management software. 

  • Strong understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools. 

  • Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

  • Fluency in English.
