The position

As Manager for Access Control and Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our security operations. You will lead a team of talented professionals while ensuring high-quality deliverables and preparing for the massive operationalisation expected in 2025-2027. 

Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the job involves activities across our Danish sites.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth transition from project to operation. 
  • You will lead, coach, and motivate a core team of five direct reports while also inspiring the broader team to continuously seek smarter ways of working.
  • Maintaining a high-quality mindset and fostering a positive team culture. 
  • Driving and supporting the development and implementation of a strategic vision for technical advisory within security equipment. 
  • Managing change initiatives to continuously improve project, programme, and portfolio management processes. 
  • Collaborating effectively with internal business partners to align on priorities and drive organisational progress.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience. 
  • Strong business acumen to set priorities and work closely with stakeholders. 
  • A solid understanding of business processes and a stakeholder-focused approach. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • An analytical and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. 
  • Fluency in both Danish and English written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of or a strong drive to become an expert in physical security equipment and access control would be beneficial.

 

About the department

You will join the Frontline Security and Access Management team, which consists of four specialised teams. You will lead the Access Control & Advisory team, responsible for providing expert guidance on technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardised security equipment.
