As a Process Automation Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Control System Optimization: Design, implement, and lead changes and improvements related to the control system, including initiating Change Controls for modifications.
- Process Parameter Setting: Establish critical process parameters, such as alarms and limits, to ensure smooth operations.
- Recipe Creation & Specifications: Develop recipes based on production requirements and translate them into Functional Specifications (FS) for implementation.
- Collaboration & Testing: Work closely with programmers to integrate FS into the control system and actively participate in testing under real production conditions.
- Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Investigate deviations (OOS, OOT), resolve issues, and ensure process consistency and product quality while addressing customer requirements.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- University degree in a technical field or high school diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Understanding fermentation, filtration, CIP, sterilization, and validation.
- Awareness of Change Management, Deviation Management, and GMP/GxP standards.
- Familiarity with DeltaV, Simatic, or Yokogawa; practical experience with DeltaV preferred.
- Proficient in Czech and English for effective collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commute daily to Bohumil.
- Makeup, jewelry, nail polish, and artificial nails are not allowed in production.
