The Position
As a System Analyst, you will:
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to deliver effective technical and process solutions.
Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements; propose and implement process improvements.
Manage day-to-day incidents, provide end-user support, and coordinate workflow across technical and business teams.
Develop test plans, training materials, and system documentation; facilitate user training and communication.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and solution quality across systems.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in technical roles, ideally in systems analysis or support.
Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign; desirable experience with Salesforce, HealthCloud, and MilSoft.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; able to engage virtual teams on complex issues.
Embraces a growth mindset and demonstrates adaptability in dynamic environments.
