International Operations Finance Graduate

We offer job opportunities in Novo Nordisk’ International Operations where you start with a rotation in either at the HQ in Denmark or in Germany, Poland, Turkey, India, Colombia, Brazil and China. Please not that this specific programme is open only for applicants with local citizenship in the given country. The Global Finance programme is relevant for all applicants including above countries.

During the two-year programme, you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, both in our regional headquarters, business areas, global affiliates or in HQ. You will get the opportunity to work in three different countries in just two years. After the programme you are guaranteed a position in the country you started in, but at the same time you are free to take up a position in another country.

Working at Novo Nordisk provides the opportunity to make a significant difference to patients and society while also delivering exciting results from a business perspective.

During the International Operations Finance Graduate Programme, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. You will develop your core skills within areas such as financial planning, analysis and controlling, process management and management reporting.
