Finance Graduate Programme

The full-time position as a Global Finance Graduate provides you with the opportunity to experience four exciting jobs in just two years. You will work in various finance functions across our global value chain from R&D to sales - ensuring a strong financial toolbox, including knowledge of digital tools, and a holistic understanding of Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry.

An example of a Global Finance graduate’s journey could look like this:

1. R&D Finance, HQ: Finance partnering supporting the management of investments in our future product pipeline

2. Novo Nordisk Management Consulting, HQ: Building on the project management toolbox, working with projects across the value chain and learning from colleagues with top-tier consulting background

3. Novo Nordisk, Inc., US: Forecasting sales and analysing the market dynamics in the biggest market

4. Strategic Finance, HQ: Supporting senior management with key strategic projects and financial modelling in connection to our business development activities

As you embark on your life-changing career in Novo Nordisk, we will provide you with:

For the positions starting in September 2026, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A recent master’s degree in a relevant subject, for example Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Management Accounting with strong academic achievements
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities
  • International experience from working, studying or volunteering
  • An international mind-set with an ability to adapt quickly to change and to relocate internationally as part of the programme
  • Professional fluency in English
