The position

 

As a  Global HEOR Lead, you will:

    • Lead or co-lead the development and implementation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies and plans for relevant brands to support market access preparedness.
    • Drive evidence generation, including HE model development, economic evaluations, cost and health-related quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons.
    • Substantiate the Payer Value Story with credible HEOR evidence and contribute to the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates.
    • Co-lead affiliate support for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions.
    • Define and execute publication strategies to communicate scientific evidence through abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications.
    • Establish and maintain a broad network of stakeholders within the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry, and academia.
    • Provide internal and external training and presentations on HEOR to disseminate and communicate research findings across the organisation.
    • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to design and execute retrospective and prospective studies, contributing to study design, analytical plans, data collection, and interpretation of research findings.

Qualifications:

    • A master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, statistics/biostatistics, or a related field.
    • Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.
    • A minimum of six years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
    • A proven track record of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
    • Strong strategic mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple boundaries.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be part of the P&PS GBS team, a dynamic and collaborative department dedicated to driving strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results. Based in Bangalore, India, at Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS), the team operates in a fast-paced and innovative environment. We work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address key business objectives and processes. Together, we strive to make a meaningful impact on Novo Nordisk’s Diabetes and Obesity products and the patients we serve.
