Your new role

Our Graduate Programme is all about bringing together diverse change makers and equipping you with tools for personal and career growth. Over two years, you’ll be diving into three exciting global rotations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that pushes you to grow beyond your limits and discover your full potential.

During your rotations, you will:

  • Explore diverse functions within digital, data, and IT, gaining insights into how they support our business and benefit millions of patients worldwide.
  • Join dynamic teams, R&D labs, and innovation garages where your creative ideas can thrive and transform into real solutions.
  • Engage with cutting-edge technology by working with our agile teams and IT infrastructure, adapting to modern challenges while driving business innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Your graduate track

You will be working in the Enterprise IT area. This is a business area that drives impact across the full Novo Nordisk value chain. We strive to stay close to our stakeholders in the business to ensure we deliver on their needs, helping reach millions of people living with serious chronic diseases.

In the graduate role, you'll directly influence our strategic direction and use technology to improve patient lives. From day one, you'll bring your fresh ideas to a passionate team. 

The graduate program provides opportunities to develop skills and interests while clarifying career direction. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and become part of the graduate community, a vibrant group of ambitious talents from all over Novo Nordisk.

Your skills & qualifications

To succeed as a Global Digital Business Graduate, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria:

  • A relevant master’s degree from 2025 or 2026 within one or more of the following fields: strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, innovation or similar.
  • International experience from studying abroad for a full semester, or through work or volunteering opportunities.
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities of no more than one year of full-time work either between or after completing a master’s degree.   
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Willingness to be globally mobile.

Additionally, you should be willing to try new ideas and make decisions, maintain a positive attitude, and be ready to collaborate with a diverse team from different countries.
