The position
As our new Global Equipment Standard Owner for Packaging, you will have the responsibility and ownership of the new fleet of Packaging lines. Your focus will be on maintaining the standardized equipment through changes and challenges in line with the global standards and asset management strategy for global FP. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving performance of the platform and assessing changes to the standard fleet.
You will become part of our new Standard Process Group, responsible for owning and maintaining global standards for Packaging Process. In this role, you will manage global equipment standard assets and associated documentation. This gives you a key opportunity to help establish a robust set of standards and drive performance across our future assembly line fleet.
Your key responsibilities will be:
You will be part of shaping the structure of working with standards and establishing the network with key stakeholders, i.e. the production sites, technical network in functions, project organization creating the standards and maintenance organization.
You will also be shaping global and local resources coordination approach, following changes to the equipment, in partnership with the sites. Together, we will be applying reliability engineering principles to achieve an increase in uptime and process capability across the network.
The lines will be located at both existing FP sites, with existing experience and knowledge of earlier generation lines but also at our new sites. Currently our sites are located in France, China, USA and Denmark., therefore, some travel is to be expected along with supporting sites in the office hours for the given site. There is also the opportunity to be working from one of the local sites in the countries, mentioned above.

You can communicate complex technical issues in a clear manner, and you have the ability to work within a global context on manufacturing sites and in global headquarters.
About the Department
You will join FPMSAT Engineering, a global team within Finished Product Development & Manufacturing (FPDM) responsible for supporting and optimizing assembly and packaging processes across Novo Nordisk’s production network. Our mission is to drive standardization, promote best practices, and enhance operational excellence to ensure seamless production of life-saving products for patients worldwide.
