If so, come join us as a Senior Process Manager for the Standard Packaging process

The position
As a Senior Process Manager for Standard packaging process, you will lead the standard process across our global manufacturing sites in the FPDM unit. Together with colleagues in other key positions, you will manage the global standards and ensure process excellence together with stakeholders both locally and globally. You will set the direction for the Standard packaging process across all our global sites and ensure that the process and equipment are in compliance, standardized, and simplified. In this role, you will help scale our packaging processes for the future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting direction for the Standard packaging processes, initiating and owning various initiatives to support the above direction.

  • Working in close collaboration with other groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other process groups, etc.)
  • Working with various stakeholders along the value stream.

In this role, you will be tasked with setting directions and delivering results that have a significant impact on our packaging processes. You will be responsible for analyzing data to make sure we focus our efforts where the value and impact are most needed.

In this position you are welcome to work from any FP site in support of our global network and travelling to other sites should be expected aside from the virtual collaboration across sites.

Qualifications
On a personal level, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment while maintaining high-quality work standards. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and has hands-on knowledge of packaging processes in manufacturing. To effectively drive the process group, strong leadership skills are essential, and while direct management experience is preferred, success in this role relies heavily on indirect leadership of stakeholders within the network.
