Calling all experienced Process Engineers and Scientists! Your new role

We are looking for Experienced Process Engineers & Scientists who have an interest in understanding pharmaceutical processes, developing monitoring tools and analyzing data for recommendations and improvements. Furthermore, you have an interest in business impact and understanding how interconnected decisions play a crucial role when manufacturing pharmaceuticals.

 

Specifically, you have several years of professional experience in day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Analyzing large amounts of data for extracting correlation and causation for process understanding.
  • Working and understanding data from Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Developing, maintaining, and recommending statistical process control charts for process monitoring. 
  • Utilizing a science, data-based approach for quantifying process deviations.
  • Operating in a team-based approach for recommending process improvements and optimizations.
  • Handling deviations when processes do not operate as intended.
  • Writing and executing change requests to implement improvements including validation when required.
  • Developing maintenance strategies to optimize running time.
  • Coordinating with other process owners in the department to ensure optimal production capacity at all times.
  • Taking part in cross-functional meetings to align and further develop processes across the production site.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for Experienced Process Engineers & Scientists candidates that have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, natural science, mechanical engineering, production engineering or a related field.
  • Solid experience in manufacturing, with GMP experience being an advantage.
  • Understanding of scientific principles required for manufacturing pharmaceutical substances related to the interaction of chemistry and equipment.
  • Ability to monitor data and extract information independently.
  • Curiosity for connecting the understanding of process science to product quality.
  • Appetite for solving complex problems is applied to a systematic approach to managing complexity and reaching feasible applicable solutions.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English. Knowledge of Danish or other languages is considered a plus.
