The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage cross-functional projects cutting across several different job families, facilitating our expansion and growth and optimizing and developing processes.
  • Manage projects within IT, automation and warehouse optimization using your project management toolbox.
  • Support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members.
  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
  • Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

 

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience/knowledge related to automation, or other technical knowledge related to installing and commissioning integrated systems.
  • Experience from a GMP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial.
