The position

As a Back End Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable ETL/PL-SQL pipelines and MuleSoft APIs, translating stakeholder business requirements into robust integration solutions.
  • Manage production data flows from Veeva CRM, including POA, ad-hoc, and provider loads, while proactively monitoring and troubleshooting ETL jobs and APIs.
  • Ensure code quality, compliance, and performance by enforcing GxP, change/incident/release management practices, and optimising system throughput.
  • Drive process improvement and innovation through automation, performance tuning, and leading ad-hoc projects to enhance support and delivery workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors, communicating technical strategy in stand-ups and change meetings, and maintaining clear documentation for business and IT stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT; postgraduate degree in Data Analytics is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in back-end development.
  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, Informatica, ETL tooling (IICS), and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft and Snowflake.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM as a data source.
