The Position
We are seeking a Validation Lead to oversee and guide our validation processes, ensuring successful execution of testing strategies.
Furthermore, you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans, detailing scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Perform validation and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Actively monitor project work, tracking quality, schedule, and budget to deliver desired outcomes.
Identify and engage stakeholders, maintaining communication to address challenges and ensure project success.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have a master’s degree in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), combined with at least 5yrs of experience as Validation engineer, within an international working environment, in pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
In addition, you have:
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects within a large organization
Excellent project coordination skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary project groups
Strong knowledge of documentation flow during qualification of equipment, facilities, and utilities
Experience collaborating closely with specialists, scientists, technicians, technical coordinators, line management, and external contractors
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Project Management training/certification is considered a plus
