The Position 

We are seeking a Validation Lead to oversee and guide our validation processes, ensuring successful execution of testing strategies.  

Furthermore, you will: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans, detailing scope, timelines, and resource allocation. 

  • Perform validation and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 

  • Actively monitor project work, tracking quality, schedule, and budget to deliver desired outcomes. 

  • Identify and engage stakeholders, maintaining communication to address challenges and ensure project success. 

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve project goals. 

 

Qualifications 

 

To be successful in this role, you have a master’s degree in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), combined with at least 5yrs of experience as Validation engineer, within an international working environment, in pharmaceutical Manufacturing.  

In addition, you have: 

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects within a large organization 

  • Excellent project coordination skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary project groups 

  • Strong knowledge of documentation flow during qualification of equipment, facilities, and utilities 

  • Experience collaborating closely with specialists, scientists, technicians, technical coordinators, line management, and external contractors 

  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) 

  • Project Management training/certification is considered a plus
