The position 

 

As an RWE Lead, you will: 

  • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for managing and executing RWE projects across therapeutic areas. 

  • Oversee study execution with a focus on regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and high-quality documentation. 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their development and promoting knowledge sharing. 

  • Align RWE activities with broader departmental goals to ensure strategic and operational impact. 

 

Qualifications 

 

We are looking for a candidate who possesses: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is a plus. 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in real-world evidence (RWE) or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). 

  • 5 to 7 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare or life sciences. 

  • Experience leading small teams (4–6 people), with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills. 

  • Professional fluency in English, with strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like Excel.
