The Position
As a Head of Portfolio Management and Governance, you will be responsible for strategic portfolio reviews with senior management, continuously improving our portfolio management set up and capabilities and ultimately ensuring that our investments/prioritisation is valued driven and in snyc with the applicable business strategies.
You will be leading a cross-functional team with representatives from line of business and IT, driving and improving lean portfolio operations to visualise and track of our digital product portfolio’s Kanban, roadmap, and value realisation, collaborating with our Finance partners on the monitoring of ongoing spend and budget planning. You will report to the VP of Strategy, Portfolio and Capability Management.

Novo Nordisk drives clinical trials in more than 55 countries worldwide and collaborates with 6,000+ sites at hospitals and clinics. Digital enablement of the underlying processes is key to maintain our leading industry position. In the Development Digital Transformation Office, our purpose is to coordinate, improve and accelerate digitalisation to achieve our ambitious business targets and provide new innovative medicines for people living with severe chronic diseases.
As Novo Nordisk invests heavily in digital products across Development, our area guides these investments to maximise business outcomes, aiming for the best possible user experience. We are responsible for the portfolio strategy, product sequence and prioritisation and value realisation tracking.
