Position Description

As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for the areas of Business Intelligence, Commercial Effectiveness, Competitive Intelligence, and Data Infrastructure. Some of your responsabilities will include:

• Design and refine operating models for Data, Analytics & AI functions. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for commercial data, analytics, and AI.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across various domains and expertise.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks tailored for commercial data domains. Ensure timely and actionable BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the Management Team.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics models and AI use cases, collaborating on technology evaluations and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with proven track record in developing and implementing business insights and analytics strategies. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
• Previous experience in leadership roles, managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
