Qualifications

Deep understanding of China pharmaceutical industry trend

Deep understanding of pharmaceutical MNC business practice

Process management skills

Strong insight finding capability

Relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science plus MBA

Fluency in English

15 year experience in relevant functions including commercial operation, corporate strategy, etc. and large pharmaceutical MNC experience a must

5 year analytical experiences, e.g. SFE, business analysis, etc. 

3 year team management experiences
