Do you want to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution while driving impactful HR initiatives across our EVP area, People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs (POCA)? As P&O Project Manager, you will be a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and leaders, shaping organisational, talent and leadership priorities in a complex and global environment.
Your new role
The purpose of our team is to translate the needs of Line of Business into relevant organisational and people responses, ensuring that we drive those P&O solutions that has highest impact on the strategic success criteria of our Business.
As P&O Project Manager, you will act as a consultant to the HR Business partner team, driving cross-functional HR projects, primarily involving multiple SVP areas with a global reach. Responsibilities include coordinating efforts across different entities, ensuring alignment, and driving progress through effective planning and stakeholder engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Drive and execute P&O initiatives, projects, programs that goes across the EVP area, for instance within Talent Management and Workforce planning.
- Follow up on performance progress, ensuring measurable impact
- Act as sparring partner and consultant to HR Business Partners in the team
- Ensure alignment between local requirements and Global Centre of Excellence offerings

You will be part of the POCA HR Business Partnering team, consisting of five experienced colleagues, supporting a highly critical business area with significant strategic importance.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone who is excellent at driving execution based on a strategy and who loves to put structure and simplicity into complex matters. You bring a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while ensuring progress and accountability. Ideally, you bring:
- Master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR project management, process facilitation or similar HR role, with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives
- Alternatively, you have a background driving business process execution e.g. from management consulting
- Solid business understanding, enabling you to connect people strategies with organisational goals
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively across organisational levels
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to DKK 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
