Your new role
As VP Assistant & Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration across Region EUCAN Finance & Operations (F&O) and People & Organisation (P&O) teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of cross-functional activities, facilitating collaboration across departments and supporting stakeholders in achieving shared goals.
- Act as an engaged, proactive member of the Regional Office Assistant & Event Coordinator team, ensuring flawless execution of events to strengthen team engagement and support well-being.
- Calendar management and travel organisation for Region EUCAN F&O VP & P&O AVP, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistical support.
- Onboarding of new employees, providing resources and support for a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Arrangement of events and meetings, planning and executing area/department gatherings to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Collaboration on annual processes and budget tasks, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimal resource utilisation.

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and IT systems.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and event planning.
- Excellent communication skills for supporting stakeholders and collaborating on annual processes.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
