Your new role

 

As Sr. Account Management Supervisor – eHealth, you'll be at the forefront of our digital expansion, building and scaling partnerships that connect patients with our products through eHealth, e-commerce and digital platforms. This is a pioneering role where you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and activate strategic partnerships that drive measurable growth.

 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Owning and developing strategic partnerships with digital health platforms, online pharmacies, marketplaces, media platforms, and service providers to expand reach and conversion
  • Leading commercial negotiations and partnership frameworks, optimizing contracts and expanding joint business opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Developing and executing joint business plans with clear revenue targets, activation strategies, and KPIs, including quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Overseeing digital tracking and performance measurement frameworks, translating data insights into optimization plans and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating closely with Finance & Operations, Market Access, and Supply Chain on demand planning, performance tracking, and financial discipline across all initiatives
  • Steering platform promotions, paid acquisition and influencer strategies, and optimizing media mix and return-on-investment strategies based on data

Your new department

 

Within Region EUCAN (Europe & Canada), you'll be part of the Consumer Engagement & E-commerce team in the Commercial Business Unit at our Austria office in Vienna. The Austria market sits within Business Area East in Region EUCAN, where we're pioneering new commercial models and digital routes to market. With four other individuals, you will work as a team that values bold thinking and hands-on execution, where you'll have the opportunity to shape how we engage with consumers and partners in an increasingly digital healthcare landscape.

 

This position is office based, requiring presence at the office five days a week.

 

Your skills & qualifications

 

We're seeking an experienced partnerships professional who thrives in performance-driven environments and knows how to build and scale commercial relationships.

You'll bring with you:

  • Several years of experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, sales or e-commerce, with proven ability to build accounts from scratch and unlock new business opportunities
  • Strong B2B partnership development experience, ideally from FMCG, business-to-consumer markets, or similar performance-driven environments
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable commercial growth through strategic partnerships and owning long-term partnership relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern digital productivity tools, including analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled copilots for data-driven decision-making
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Fluency in both German and English

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 88.420 € to 128.210 € corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
