Clinical Trial Administrator

Your new role

As Clinical Trial Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support that ensures clinical trials run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. You'll be managing everything from documentation to vendors coordination across all trial phases – from study setup through to close-out. Acting as an administrative point of contact, you'll collaborate with a diverse network of internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality trial delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing operational and administrative support across all phases of clinical trials within the Clinical Development Centre (CDC)
• Managing trial documentation and compliance by supporting set-up and maintenance of trial files and trial tracking systems to ensure regulatory compliance and study requirements
• Supporting trial start-up documentation preparation and submission
• Ensuring cross-functional engagement and collaboration to support smooth clinical trial execution
• Utilizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and digital tools to streamline operations
• Supporting high-quality execution of trials and maintenance of inspection readiness status across the unit
• Traveling domestically within Israel (less than 10%) as required

In Research & Development, you'll be part of a unit that conducts clinical trials in variety of therapeutic areas. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic clinical trial environments and brings both independence and collaborative spirit to work. Furthermore, you have:

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ethical considerations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven expertise managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
• Proficiency with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with willingness to embrace new digital methodologies
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
