The position
As an Advanced Analyst - BPM, you will:
- Process Mapping: Use BPM tools (SAP Signavio) to create AS-IS and optimized process maps for Finance GBS under the DPX function.
- Process Analysis & Design: Analyze existing processes, identify improvement areas, and design optimized workflows through modeling and evaluation.
- Implementation & Monitoring: Support DPX in implementing BPM solutions, monitor outcomes, and validate project benefits.
- Performance & Reporting: Conduct ongoing analysis on productivity, quality, cost, and time; prepare reports and integrate feedback for improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather stakeholder feedback, maintain accurate process documentation, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experiences to the role:
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or finance. Advanced degree or certifications in BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- 5-8 years of experience working in finance offshoring centres.
- 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, design, transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with BPM tools like Signavio, Aris, or similar.
- LEAN/Six Sigma experience.
- Strong process analysis skills and understanding of process modelling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes.
- Experience working with European stakeholders.
- A consulting background with expertise in BPM tools.
- Strong skills in service culture, delivery, process standardization and optimization.
