Your new role
As a Local Vendor Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage local vendor selection, operations, and relationships to ensure optimal performance and operational excellence.
  • Lead local execution of vendor partnerships in alignment with global strategies, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise vendor integration, address operational challenges, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee vendor selection, qualification, and onboarding in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve vendor-related risks and issues, contributing to vendor capability assessments and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Map and actively manage the inventory of critical vendor-provisioned materials (e.g., Lab kits, eCOA tablets, medical devices). You will monitor stock levels and consumption trends to prevent stock-outs, ensuring clinical sites are fully equipped for protocol execution.
  • Support trial teams with vendor coordination and management for Decentralised Clinical Trials (DCTs).

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3years of experience in Clinical Operations, Vendor Management, Contracting, Customs, Commercial & Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a strong plus for interpreting complex vendor performance data.
  • Advanced English
