Do you want to make your mark on one of Denmark’s largest construction projects? If you’re great at keeping things on track and ensuring contracts are followed, this could be the role for you. As Project Control Contracts Management Lead, you’ll shape how contracts are managed while ensuring our suppliers deliver on time and meet the agreed quality.
Your new role
As our new Project controls Contracts Lead you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving the progress measurement standards for M3 contractors and reporting requirements. You will ensure adequate and high-quality progress measurement reporting and standards in M3.
Your primary work tasks will consist of:
- Understanding the current contracting and Work Package strategies within across the M3 Project, and ensuring efficiencies are being gained where possible
- Develop and maintain robust Performance and progress Measurement methodologies, for key trade and equipment packages
- Collaborate with the project leadership in the areas of integrated financial, scheduling, and risk assessment strategies
- Partner with the M3 IES/Procurement team, aligning as needed on the work packages and communications with NNE and Contractors and Vendors
- Regular coordination & communication with stakeholders, peer functions within our NN team and with NNE and Critical suppliers etc.
- Engage with and manage 3rd party controls service providers, as needed.
Your new department
API Investment Project Office – M3 Project Controls is a department of dedicated project controls professionals supporting the M3 project. The department is part of Investment Project Office that drives project controls across all large API construction projects.
Your skills & qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You hold a Master within relevant educations (engineering etc)
- An understanding of projects and production flow in API and NN needed
- Practical experience within Project controls and Progress measurement is needed
On a personal level, you are good at coordinating and collaborating widely within the organization. Taking ownership of your tasks comes naturally to you. You have a structures and systematic approach to you work and you have the ability to see through complex connections. You have good communication and teaching skills and you desire to continuously develop your professional and personal competencies.
