The position
As a Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will:
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the sales force by analysing KPIs and providing actionable insights.
- Advise and support the sales team in achieving their objectives through data-driven strategies and segmentation proposals.
- Develop and optimise commercial incentive schemes to drive efficiency and trust within the team.
- Conduct competitive intelligence mapping to understand market dynamics and competitor activities in Argentina.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the IO Engage (CRM) platform, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Facilitate integration between frontline excellence and medical excellence to align efforts across departments.
- Ensure that the sales team executes their plans effectively and in alignment with organisational goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial excellence, market insights, business intelligence, or segmentation within the pharmaceutical industry;
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and sales force effectiveness strategies
- Advanced proficiency in English;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
- People management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
About the department
This role is based in Argentina and reports to the Commercial Excellence Senior Director. Our department is dedicated to developing and executing the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) roadmap for the affiliate, with a focus on creating an efficient sales force and customer engagement model. We work closely with commercial teams, Medical, and MAPA departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance. The atmosphere is dynamic, collaborative, and driven by a shared commitment to excellence.
