The position

Our department, Component Capacity Expansion within FPMSAT (Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology), is looking to expand a team with a test and project engineer to facilitate smooth execution of production expansion projects- both large and small scale.

 

You will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers that support our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe). We handle improvements, upgrades, and expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective.

 

Our core task is the global expansion and validation activities of the automated production machines which does the laser engraving (decoration) of components for injectable devices.

 

Your tasks will among others be to:

  • Act as technical project lead
  • Drive and coordinate test activities and GMP documents
  • Collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds

 

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you don’t have to be a technical expert, but you should have technical understanding.

We are looking for someone that has a technical academic degree, within mechanics is a plus, proven engineering experience and good understand of GMP.

 

You are proficient in English, written and verbally.

 

Moreover, to succeed in this role, it is an advantage but not a requirement to have knowledge in the following:

  • Production or operational environments
  • High precision laser systems
  • Vision systems
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Commissioning of custom build manufacturing lines

 

As a person, you have a proactive approach, and you are good at stakeholder management. You can work flexibly as required when working in a production environment and you can inspire team engagement.

Some travelling is to be expected (approximately 35%)

 

 

About the department

You will FPMSAT (Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology) Component Capacity Expansion in Hillerød, Denmark. Being a part of FPMSAT at Novo Nordisk means working with a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s global delivery to our patients.
We are currently around 70 colleagues working in 5 teams, and we are expanding.

We source equipment for production of components in Novo Nordisk’s portfolio of prefilled devices.
