The position

As a Media & Buffer Preparation Technologist, you will:
- Production Support: Prepare media and solutions while creating precise production recipes to ensure quality.
- Component Optimization: Ensure optimal dissolution of components and address internal and external customer requirements for process improvements.
- Knowledge Management: Leverage insights on media preparation to enhance process performance and product quality.
- Process Coordination: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Media & Buffer Preparation in GMP procedures, including validation and change control.
- Documentation: Author and approve technical documentation in compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields is preferred).
- You should have a solid understanding of mixing, dissolving, filtration, and heat exchangers.
- Previous experience as a Technologist or (Bio)Process Engineer is a plus, but we are excited to welcome fresh graduates with relevant background!
- Fluency in English and Czech is essential for effective communication within our team.
- A willingness to commute daily to Bohumil is a must.
