The position

This is a temporary position aimed at supporting physical access control during a maternity leave.

The contract for this position will expire on 2026.11.30 

 

As our Physical Access Control Business Partner, we expect you to act as a business owner delegate and be a key liaison between our security departments and have the overall responsibility for driving workshops, maintaining excellent stakeholder management and be a part of delivering our strategy for physical access control across Novo Nordisk in Denmark 

In this role, you will be responsible for throwing workshops, being part of the Roll-out team within the project and configuring key information into our new software systems.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing business owners from Corporate Facilities
  • Driving and supporting the development and implementation of strategic vision for our physical access control systems
  • Being a key player in cross-service projects and knowledge sharing
  • Throwing workshops with key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk sites and buildings.
  • Acting as a contact person for the line of business in collecting feedback

 

You will be working primarily out of Bagsværd but will regularly need to meet with other Novo Nordisk locations across the country.

 

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong proven track record of delivering tangible results with 3+ years of relevant experience.

 

Other success criteria include:

  • Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both English and Danish,
  • Experience in business support is preferred.
  • Self-starter mindset and a drive to identify improvement opportunities and challenge status quo.
  • Structured in your work while flexible to interact with senior people on establishing the right level of security.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of physical security equipment and physical access control systems is an advantage but not required.
  • Drivers license (B) is required.

About the department

You will be part of the Security Repairs and Access Control team which consists of 10 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is repair and maintenance of security equipment, production of ID cards, and other types of physical access cards.
