The position
As a Supply Chain Integration Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful supply chain integration of newly acquired sites by driving the implementation and management of planning-related activities.

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with planning teams during the integration of new sites, implementing and managing planning tasks
• Taking ownership of new planning activities, continuously learning, optimizing, and executing them to excellence before preparing for handover
• Owning the supply chain planning processes daily, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Enhancing transparency in supply chain planning through high-level communication

Your role also involves fostering a culture of ongoing learning, precise execution, and seamless handover in all planning activities. 

While the current site location is Bagsværd, you will be working from the office in Taastrup. Also, occasional travel to the sites might be expected.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to:

• Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another relevant field
• Demonstrate proven experience in planning within a GMP-regulated environment
• Possess knowledge of planning processes and principles, ideally with insights in OMP, S/4 Hana, ERP systems, S&OP, S&OE, and Operational Planning
• Showcase strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with presentation skills
• Display full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

On a personal level, you bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, quickly establishing trust with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a natural drive and commitment to maintaining the most optimal processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.  You are curious, agile, and eager to learn, rapidly gaining a broad business understanding, effectively navigating change, and smoothly adapting to new systems and ways of working.

You will join the Global Supply Chain Integration department, where we focus on the seamless integration of new sites and planning. Our team is dedicated to ensuring smooth transitions and optimizing planning processes.
