The Position
As the Head of PMO & Project Controls your tasks and responsibilities will include:
•  Oversee and drive the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Control functions for the expansion site. 
•  Formulating, communicating, and implementing both corporate and local strategies to ensure effective program oversight by managing costs and the project status.
•  Lead and oversee the PMO & Project Controls team for the Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) Future QC project in Hillerød to ensure a seamless expansion in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way (NNWay). 
•  Manage progress in project performance, including scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that there are sufficient resources, systems, and processes to enable structured project management and compliance with Novo Nordisk and external guidelines. 
•  Providing direction, coaching, and overseeing the management of project managers, engineering managers, specialists/professionals, and consultants/contractors.

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have the following skills and qualifications:
•  A Bachelor or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
•  Minimum 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in large capital projects (CAPEX).
•  Experience in project control disciplines for capital projects, including estimating/cost management, change management, planning/scheduling, and risk management.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional presentation skills.
•  Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills to develop and manage action plans to achieve targets.

About the Department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), responsible for all significant expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and quality control (QC) across all production areas in Product Supply. This department is anchored in CMC & Product Supply, which employs over 20,000 of Novo Nordisk's more than 70,000 employees globally.
FFEx is a newly established and growing area tasked with designing, planning, and building all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients. We strive to rethink our production facilities with modern technology, setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. The facilities we design today will remain a source of pride for us 20 years from now. FFEx takes a global approach, allowing you to collaborate with various sites and cultures worldwide.
