The position

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure seamless electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, enabling us to effectively integrate with our partners and enhance operational efficiency. You will be involved in various projects aimed at innovation and expansion, supporting the growth necessary to serve our current and future patients.

 

In this position, you will take on two key responsibilities:

  1. Process Manager: Oversee the process landscape of all EDI project tracks to ensure streamlined processes and best practices are followed across the board.
  2. Implementation Lead: Drive the implementation of EDI integrations with external suppliers and trading partners, ensuring timely and effective onboarding.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage, map and optimize EDI process workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure robust EDI solution designs that align with industry standards and operational needs.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver initiatives according to established objectives and milestones.
  • Engage in stakeholder management by interacting and communicating with diverse internal and external teams to align expectations and ensure project support.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder network that includes supply chain, IT, QA, and regional colleagues.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business IT, Process Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project and/or Process Management, ideally within Supply Chain or IT sectors.
  • Familiarity with process design, optimization, and reengineering principles is desirable.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to transition between detailed tasks and a broader perspective, identifying connections and opportunities for improvement and simplification.

 

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and have a structured mindset. You are a team player, engage in developing the team both professionally and personally, and have excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills. You are open-minded, love to learn, and are not afraid of diving into unfamiliar topics.

You are fluent in both spoken and written English.

 

About the Department

You will join the Integrations & Traceability team within Digital Supply Chain and be part of a diverse group of 13 highly competent and engaged colleagues. Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Global Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation within Novo Nordisk Product Supply.
