Then this is your opportunity to join the Aseptic Production (AP) Automation team in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) site Bagsværd and become part of the local IT and Automation department and a global organization.
The Position
You will be working in a pharmaceutical production facility in accordance with current quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements, with ongoing production 24 hours, 7 days a week (24/7).
Your main tasks will be to:
• Support the factory’s process control systems and batch execution software during failure investigation/resolution to establish corrective measures and optimizations.
• Support design, implementation and documentation of software and hardware changes in collaboration with Process, compliance, Quality and close IT colleagues.
• Take part in the teams on-call duty rooster.
• Conduct problem management – proactive incident handling
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have an Automation or similar educational background and experience within integrated automation systems.
Further it will be an advantage if you are confident in one or more of the following:
• A technical background or comprehensive knowledge of IT/OT
• Experience in OT System, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
• Experience with specifications, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of system solutions in a regulated industry
• PLC and HMI (Hardware/Software)
• OPC-DA, OPC-UA and Ignition
• Experience with process optimization in a controlled production environment
• Familiar with GAMP regulations and the documentation which it requires in validated production environments.

About the Department
The unit consists of approximately 35 colleagues dispersed across 4 different teams who together, covers most aspects of operation, maintenance and development of the site’s IT and Automation architecture, hardware, software, infrastructure, and quality management.
Our main responsibility is to apply a curious, problem-solving and service mindset for the automation systems supporting the AP production equipment. Moreover, we play a vital role during process design and redesign through collaboration with the factory’s product and process responsible.
