Key responsibilities

 

  • Design and manage Region China Standard Reports and related datasets to fit the strategic fits and maximize the business value of each data products;
  • Keep data standards and business rules well documented and tracked as well as ensuring compliance of data usage among users;
  • Strong partnership with LoB business owners in business needs collection and data analytic solution translation, iteratively improve the data products via collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data alignment with different groups within NNRC;
  • Coordinate data and analytics training to support appropriate use of data and analytics in LoB, partner with LoB to enable use of analytics environment and educate on key data sources
  • Contribute to Analytics and Data Governance portal, act as key player in NNRC Analytics Governance composing and deployment, drive accuracy and efficiency in data product delivery methods and processes;

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above equivalent in computer science, mathematics or statistics, operations research, econometrics etc.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in modelling techniques and advanced analytical skills (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
  • Rich experience querying databases (SQL, Hive)
  • Strong communication skill with deep understanding of finance and operation insights.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, to deliver output to the broader business community to improve decision making and productivity
  • Software and/or Data architecture experience
  • Experience in Agile delivery model
  • Experience in user segmentation and recommendation
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must
