The position
In our team we operate and maintain the IT landscape of the External production facilities. You will be part of a very diverse team of employees, who are passionate about what we do and work together, sharing knowledge every day. 

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Upgrading software and systems
  • Debugging and making small improvements and minor development
  • Patch and do security updates
  • Maintain IT system and computerized equipment 
  • Support the customers
  • Participate in and drive projects involving it in production. 

 

Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best condition to avoid unplanned production stop in the facility that operates on a 24/7 basis. Therefore, we have a 24/7 phone. 

 

Our team is located at the production site in Hillerød. This allows us to be close to the shop floor and our customers. We understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements and work closely with our production colleagues on a day-to-day basis.

 

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You preferably have 2-3 years working experience with Production IT, or level 1-2 in IT support
  • You preferably have experience with the pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
  • You need to have experience with IT and, preferably, automation
  • You have a flair for hardware like tablets, scanners, printers, etc. 
  • You have experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving

 

As a benefit but not a requirement you have experience with Agile, SCADA and PLC. You are well oriented with operating systems like Windows, Windows server, and Linux. You managed IT systems, did validations in a GXP environment, handle change requests etc.

 

As a person, you have a positive can-do attitude together with a drive beyond the usual. Due to your communication and collaboration abilities, you are a trusted and well-liked collaborator among stakeholders. You have a high energy level and the ability to spread enthusiasm and positive energy to those around you.

 

About the department
We are a diverse team composed of 19 IT professionals. We are responsible for areas including IT infrastructure, system management, IT security and digitalization which include BI & Analytics and AI/ML solutions. In short, all aspects within IT & Digitalization initiatives are driven out of our team.
 
We are part of DMS which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk, both internal and external production via our CMO’s (Contract manufacture). We are approximately 700 employees dedicated to ensuring the supply to Novo Nordisk. It’s a tight-knit, supportive community working together to contribute to a better tomorrow for our patients.
