About the department

Finance Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, established in 2007, is responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for Headquarters in Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics, part of Finance GBS, was founded in June 2013 with the aim of establishing a team of dedicated analytics professionals to provide best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. Our main purpose is to provide superior service and partnership experience to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The position

As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Manage project budgets and financials, including Business Case development.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting resources and priorities as needed.
• Resolve issues and conflicts with management, technology peers, and business partners.
• Provide accurate project task estimates and resource planning forecasts.
• Develop working relationships with interfacing teams across multiple functions.
• Drive process standardization and improvement on a local, regional, and global scale.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans.
• Understand and co-create Commercial Effectiveness strategy.
• Deliver high-value actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis.
• Support senior leadership with presentations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Need to have:

• MBA and Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• PMP or similar project management training.
• 8-10 years of experience in the analytics domain including business intelligence, (SFE) sales force effectiveness and CRM (customer relationship management) capabilities
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in operational excellence and process efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in an international work environment.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and change management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
