About the department

Market Access & Public affairs is increasingly important in the business organization. It is to analyze relevant China healthcare reform policy trends and interpret the insight, implication and impact on the public hospitals development in order to build up long term strategic partnership with hospital leadership and management and strengthen corporate leadership positioning in diabetic innovative treatment.

 

The position

  • Lead the company's policy advocacy strategy on awareness, prevention, and early treatment of severe non-communicable diseases .
  • Establish strategic partnerships with related associations to achieve sustainable management of non-communicable diseases.
  • Coordinate with marketing, medical, business units, and field MAPA to achieve synergies in disease management for external collaboration projects.
  • Understand business needs and support the business with an enterprise view.

The requirements

  • At least 10 years working experiences, and over 5 years in pharm industry;
  • Market access, government affairs or public sector experiences will be preferred
  • Bachelor degree or above, medical, pharmaceutical or HE related major preferred
  • Knowledge on healthcare, pharmaceutical industry policy, and government practices
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • Result driven under high complexities and uncertainties
  • Good insight on business, market understanding
  • Good government relationship
