The position
As Document Management Lead, your main responsibilities will be holding authority over defining and implementing documentation management standards, coordinating document control activities, and overseeing the transition of documentation from engineering to quality systems. You will also define and implement standards and workflows for document management, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality requirements throughout the engineering and construction phases. Besides you will develop and support best practices for document control, optimizing the flow of documentation and records into and out of systems while ensuring accuracy and availability.

Qualifications
You are expected to hold master’s degree in business management, Project Management/Engineering, quality documentation management, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of proven experience in a project environment with major capital projects, including document control and project scheduling competencies. You are expected to have an excellent command over both written and spoken English and Italian.

About the department
You will be part of the FFEx AN Engineering & Construction Management department based in Anagni, Italy. Our project is part of a global initiative with sister projects in Denmark, France, and the USA. You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with international engineering partners and collaborating across world time zones. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
