The position
• Take charge of project manager role in leading company level
strategic project, co-work with SME to drive the deliverables of E2E
process optimization, data science exploration etc.
• Explore
and deploy the most-fit digitalization solution in combine with
finance transformation initiative, includes Anaplan, Python, RPA,
Power Platform etc.
• Set up the methodology and governance
framework of several digital solution deployment and maintenance,
collaborate with stakeholders sitting in LoB and DD&IT with proper
roles and responsibilities.
• Proactively drive organizational change management, support stakeholders in mind-changing and skill uplifting training activities
Qualifications
• Bachlor's degree or above;
• 5 years plus in Finance
Digitalization and Business Transformation, strong experience in
leading enterprise level project.
• Strong experiences in project management, especially company
level strategic projects with strong deliverables.
• Strong
business sense in company level commercial operation, quick learner to
understand the complex business model and processes across different
deparments, e.g. Finance, Marketing, Sales Operation, Compliance
etc.
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership.
• Deep interest in digitalization and business transformation,
understand the modern technology application in broad horizon, e.g.,
RPA, Anaplan, Cognos Analytics, Power Plarforms etc.
•
Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
• Pharmaceutical
industry is a plus.
